NOTE:

NEUROCARE OF THE SOUTH PLLC will be closing its clinic at the Beaumont location (2965 Harrison Avenue, Suite 217, Beaumont, TX 77702).

The last date of clinic operations will be December 15, 2023.

All Neurocare patients at this location will be receiving letters in that regard. 

Your medical records will remain with Neurocare of the South, PLLC and thus will be available to be transferred to your new provider. 

We would recommend that you establish care with a neurologist in your local area, please let us know if you need a referral and we will be happy to accommodate.
